Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction, incorrect selection, or any other reason unrelated to product defects or fulfillment errors.

Please review product descriptions, specifications, and images carefully before completing your purchase.


Returns

We do not offer a return window. Items cannot be returned once delivered. Any items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, missing parts, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@homelyhub.net, providing clear photo or video evidence.

Once the issue is evaluated and confirmed, we will process a full refund to the original payment method.
This is the only circumstance under which refunds are issued.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Since returns are not accepted, all items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care and beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different item, size, or variation, a new order must be placed separately.


European Union – Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, all sales remain final. Returns are not accepted, and refunds are issued only where legally required, including cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.


Refunds (Defective or Incorrect Items Only)

If a refund is approved due to a verified defect or fulfillment error, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
